This short video is just a little snippet of our time together after class ended, (so that you can kind of feel that you were able to join with us)
and the discussion which centred around two questions I had asked...
1. Why are you here?
2. If you were to act on everything that you presently know
2. If you were to act on everything that you presently know
to be true about God, how would your life be different?
Make sure to take advantage of the Comment section below to fellowship with your sisters throughout the week.
For those that were unable to make it this morning, the other girls and myself will do our best to fill you in if you are at all curious!
with much love,

Two thumbs up! I love seeing all you sisters together.

ReplyDeleteHi Cathie,
I am having some issues with my computer so I hope this reaches you.
I have a question about the format of the Bible study. Are we doing a chapter per week or are we doing a Day 1, Day 2,etc? Chapter 1 has Day 1,2,and 3; Chapter 2 has Day 4 and 5; Chapter 3 starts with Day 6.
This is quite different from other studies we have done.
Please clarify.
With love and thanks,
Hi Jan, I re-published your question here as it turned up in the March 20th, 2014 Comment Cafe!
ReplyDeleteYou're right, this is different from any study you have taken with me before! We will be taking this book one chapter a week, so this week you will complete chapter 1 "The Names of the LORD".
I know that it seems there is absolutely nothing to do this first week, however, meditating upon Psalm 20 and going deep into the promises, conditions and comparisons is a good spring board to our hearts coming before God and looking at ourselves in the light of Him. Keep the LORD before you this week and watch as you live out each day... are there any new realizations, any new convictions, any area in your daily life that you can see where you have not been living out of the Truth that is revealed through this particular Psalm.
This week is basically a foundational week, to prepare your heart for the weeks ahead!
love you too!
By the way, Linda, in answer to your question last week, you are more than welcome to join us whenever you desire! 😊
ReplyDeleteHi Cathie
ReplyDeleteJust wondering if we do homework to the end of chapter one or end of day seven.
Love
Linda

Hey Girls! In answer to some of the confusion regarding the format of this study, it is a 17 Week Study, which means we do one chapter per week.
ReplyDeleteAfter an entire year spent studying Revelation in-depth, I think some of you are all feeling a little homework deprived this first week!
