  1. Hi Sisters,

Day 3 Zechariah 14----"day of the LORD" which I believed referred to the Tribulation .... "coming of the Lord" which I believed referred specifically to the return of Christ at the end of the Tribulation

Zech.14:4 "in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives..." refers to the return of Christ so I would mark it that way, not the way I mark and understand day of the LORD. The same is true of vs. 5 "the LORD, my God, wil come, vs. 6 "In that day...", vs. 7 "For it will be a unique day.....", vs 8 "And in that day...", vs 9 "in that day the LORD will be the only one..."
Are these "days" the same or do they refer to 2 different times, which is what I believe?
    Clarification please!

  2. Hi Jan! The short answer is that 'the Day of the LORD' and the 'Coming of the LORD' are indeed two different time periods. Add into that mix 'the Day of Christ' and you have a wonderful spring board on which to understand even more of how these events and the placement of the church and of Israel play out on the pages of Scripture AND on your timeline!

I am enjoying this week's study so much, taking it deeper than perhaps I ought, but the riches are so great and are bringing all that we have studied together beautifully!

I'll be dropping in again this evening... hope to chat with you again then!

    love,
    Cathie

Day of Christ----I think I read that somewhere this week or last but I don't know what it is. I am going to go check it out.
