Due to the amount of content in our weekly sessions the CD's had to be compressed into an MP3 format, which meant that in all probability you would only be able to play them on your computer. To expand that format would mean 3 CD's would be required which would increase the cost to you and considerable more work for the office staff!
Since you would need to be near your computer anyway, and after holding on and taking a huge learning curve on my part, I was finally able to re-format the MP3 and the short version of the story is... the audio sessions will now be available here, in the Gathering Place... no cost to you! And here's the really neat part - for the girls that are travelling or absent for whatever reason, they can plug in at any time and catch the classes! For instance, Emily Robb is now over in Australia (or is that 'under' in Australia?), and she can drop in at any time and pick up a session! Hi Emily! And Marnie is homeschooling one of her boys and is unable to come to class each week... Hi Marnie!
Anyway, I've got to run... but just thought I would welcome you to your new little Gathering Place!

It has been a long time since we have been able to gather with one another in this special space that you have created for us. It is like a welcome home party.
I know that this will take a great deal of your time and energy to prepare for lessons, comments, additional information, words of support and encouragement that you unselfishly share with us.
I know that it is Our Lord who is working and shinning through you and it is never about you. How blessed we are to be able sit in your/His class, listening, learning and having those "I get it" moments, I love it when that happens. CLICK.

ReplyDeleteI had forgotten my password but have now been able to reset it..YEAH!!. Thank you Cathie for all you do for us. It will be a real blessing to be able to and listen to our lessons even if we were present. Sometimes I need to hear/read things over and over to be able to "get it."
Hi Jan, Hi Edna! I agree Edna... it is like a welcome home party - we always had such wonderful discussions and fellowship in the Pure Grace Rooms and now, I believe that God will continue to do so here in the Gathering Place Room.
